Finally an app specifically designed for ghiri sport or kettlebell lifting .
The app was created by a competitive athlete in ghiri sport, Giannicola Ruggieri Team " House of Pain Special Force " and was entirely funded by ASD Boot Camp Experience in Vieste Italy .
The application has two modes of use: Competition and Training.
The Competition mode responds to the need of the athlete to have a timer to manage the timing of the typical competition. In fact, you can use the Regular mode for 10 minutes competitions , sprint for 3 minutes , Half Marathon for 30 minutes competitions and Marathon for the 1 hour.
Each mode is already preset with calls every minute, hand switch and last minute management in line with the technical standards used by the major ghiri sport federations.
The simulation faithfully reflects the timing of the actual competition .
But the most revolutionary aspect is introduced by the Training mode.
In fact, the weight lifter needs a timer that allowsthem to set unlimited training cycles with custom duration and rest time. Not only that, they often need to perform a given number of lifts per minute, which is why they need a metronome that beeps every time a lift has to be performed.
